• Sept. 13: Building sacred relationship *this is the one time we meet on a Sunday

• Sept. 26: Intro to cold dipping

**** Both September dates must be attended ****

• Oct. 17: (cold dip #1) Sacred ritual of cold dipping, warm up, reflect, and connect

• Nov. 14: (cold dip #2) Sacred cold dip, warm up, reflect, and connect

• Dec. 12: (cold dip #3) Sacred cold dip + practices and challenges of ice and different bodies of water. Warm up, reflect, and connect near Water or at a cafe

• Jan. 9: (cold dip #4) Sacred cold dip, Warm up, reflect, and connect near Water or at a cafe

• Feb 6: (cold dip #5) Sacred cold dip + deepening our practice, Warm up, reflect, and connect near Water or at a cafe

• March 3: (cold dip #6) Last group dip, gratitudes, and celebration at a cafe

• Continue your practice with friends!
